To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where we believe treatment is clinically unsuitable.
Prescription weight loss treatments are only available to patients who meet the relevant clinical criteria, including appropriate BMI thresholds. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in account suspension and may constitute a criminal offence.

Prescriptions are valid only for the individual named and must not be shared with others. We are obligated to report any suspected misuse to relevant authorities.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any prescription-only medicine until it has been approved by a pharmacist or prescriber. If your consultation is declined, a full refund will be issued promptly. We do not store full card details on our servers; all payments are processed via secure third-party providers.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging in accordance with pharmacy standards.
We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the legal requirements governing the disposal of medicinal products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
